██▓▓ RMB is the project name of two producers, ██▓▓
██▓▓ Rolf Maier-Bode and Farid Gharadjedhi. Farid was born ██▓▓
██▓▓ in Persia with aristocratic roots. In 1979 his parents ██▓▓
██▓▓ brought him to Germany where he grew up in Duesseldorf.██▓▓
██▓▓ While he was still at school he worked as A&R for the ██▓▓
██▓▓ label "Adam & Eve" where he then met Rolf who was ██▓▓
██▓▓ working as an artist. ██▓▓
██▓▓ Rolf was born in Berlin, but grew up close to ██▓▓
██▓▓ Dueseldorf. As early as 1991 he cut his first record ██▓▓
██▓▓ "Nautilus" on the Suck Me Plasma label. ██▓▓
██▓▓ Both artists look back on some form of classical music ██▓▓
██▓▓ education: Rolf studied piano for more than two years ██▓▓
██▓▓ and Farid played the trumpet for nine years. ██▓▓
██▓▓ In 1993 RMB changed labels to Le Petit Prince where ██▓▓
██▓▓ their two EPs "Heaven & Hell" and "Love" were cut. ██▓▓
██▓▓ They made a name in the techno scene not only ██▓▓
██▓▓ ("Somewhere over the rainbow") but also with their own ██▓▓
██▓▓ RMB productions which stormed the German Media Control ██▓▓
██▓▓ Charts. ██▓▓
