Four-piece Canadian rock band Metric is captured playing a date on
their 2006 tour with this recording. The stop-off was at the
Metropolis club in Montreal on the "Live It Out" tour, and
features the band delivering their inimitable brand of synth-based
rock over a 13-song performance.

This is Metric's first dvd.
The date in Montreal was March 1, 2006.

This proper made possible by forgetting the source. I think the
video audio of "Poster Of A Girl" and "Monster Hospital" were
switched too, if the tracklist is any indication from their rip. I
couldn't find it on any sites to compare.
