who's who of trendsetters in recent popular music
and culture, including David Bowie, Jackson Browne,
Paul Simon, Steely Dan, Cyndi Lauper, Joan Osborne,
Rosanne Cash, J.Geils Band, and Madonna. You can
also hear Catherine's unique voice on spots for Bud
Light, Oil of Olay, JC Penney and Dairy Queen,
among others. Catherine Russell is now stepping out
as a featured vocalist. Her soulful reading of
material in tow, Catherine is singing jazz with a
group including legendary bassist Earl May, who has
performed and recorded with Duke Ellington, Dizzy
Gillespie, and John Coltrane. Not surprisingly,
