: The bonus songs on this particular release are :
: top-notch. "Birds of Paradise Farm" has a '70s :
: Eurodisco-pop and contains a fantastic moment where :
: Neil Hannon questions his relevance after name-checking :
: Leonardo da Vinci and St. Francis of Assisi. It's a :
: triumphant, swoon-worthy song. The French duet version :
: of "Becoming More Like Alfie" is charming and quite :
: humorous, with Hannon compellingly struggling with his :
: accent and the translation amid tender female vocals. :
: "Motorway to Damascus" pleases Hannon's recurring :
: Kraftwerk obsession with great techno sheen. "Love Is :
: Lighter Than Air" is a marvelous way to close Casanova, :
: as Hannon tackles the Magnetic Fields cover with :
: blooming confidence and organic clarity in place of :
: Stephin Merritt's Casio daydreams. Casanova is a gem in :
