█░█▒ "Of Heavens & Small Mercies", which will be ▒█░█
█░█▒ available February 26th, 2007 throughout Canada. ▒█░█
█░█▒ This year has proved to be a milestone for many ▒█░█
█░█▒ Victoria artists & this compilation is a wonderful ▒█░█
█░█▒ collection of some of these endeavorers in their ▒█░█
█░█▒ element. ▒█░█
█░█▒ ▒█░█
█░█▒ With 18 groups numbered among Victoria's most ▒█░█
█░█▒ brilliant to lead the parade, the third ▒█░█
█░█▒ installment, Year Three, or "Of Heavens & Small ▒█░█
█░█▒ Mercies", is an adept and caring representation of ▒█░█
█░█▒ the enormous growth of this community. As is ▒█░█
