Warsaw has had a tumultuous and traumatic past full of occupation, war, and
revolution. Nowadays it's shed its dour Eastern Bloc facade and blossomed into a
vibrant cultural epicentre, with a thriving music scene, as befits the capital
of the largest country in æNew EuropeÆ.

Featured on ôBar warsawö are driving folk and traditional tunes from the likes
of Kroke and Lao Che, and cutting-edge modern hybrid sounds from Warsaw Village
Band, Village Kollectiv, Vavamuffin and Soomood.
