Release Notes:
Hailing from the ever-fertile Hip Hop breeding ground of
Adelaide, Common Cause continues a rich tradition of
quality music that appeals to both the staunch Hip Hop crowd
and an extended community of open-minded music lovers.
'With A Purpose' is bluesy, jazzy, smokey, funky, dark and
always drum heavy. It is an eclectic mix of sounds
concocted in suburban studios by B-Boys with a solid ear for
music. It is gritty golden-era production alongside a
message that comes straight from the heart of the Hip Hop
movement. Speak truth and don't fake the funk. Come
original and aim for progression. See the bigger picture and
unite for a Common Cause.
