| | Lorber and company stirs up this groovy set with the sweet and | |
| | tasty back-beat of an old school soul-jazz vibe titled ôCome on | |
| | Up.ö YouÆre gonna love this one. ItÆs tight, bluesy and funky | |
| | sound features Ron King and Gary Meek in the horn section and | |
| | chunky-licks of Paul Jackson, Jr. on guitar. It's truly a rock | |
| | solid throwback gem. | |

| | Without question, as Jeff Lorber works the Fender Rhodes and | |
| | synthesizers, his prominence solidifies his position as he shifts | |
| | gears with ease from song to song by distributing a contagious | |
| | mix of freshness that will captivate smooth jazz lovers | |
| | everywhere! | |

| | After three decades, Lorber illustrates that sharpening and | |
| | perfecting his skills as a songwriter, producer and performer he | |
| | has garnered a wealth of enjoyable music for loyal fans to | |
| | lovingly attach themselves to for years to come. Furthermore, on | |
| | tracks like Amy WinehousesÆ ôRehabö, its apparent Lorber is | |
| | definitely in the pocket with plenty of soul-stirring chops | |

| | has an uncanny ability to maintain the potent elements that | |
| | sculpt his distinctive sound that resonates through pulsating | |
| | rhythms, textures and funk-laced grooves, truly describe the | |
| | resonance in the voice of ôHeard That.ö | |
| | | |
| | In other words, Jeff Lorber is on top of his game. While putting | |
| | things into perspective for this project, he immediately sought | |
| | veteran producer Rex Rideout to put his ôMidas Touchö to these | |
| | ten unwavering grooves, which are simply unparalleled. IÆm | |
| | absolutely sure, ôHeard Thatö compliments his previous recordings | |
