4. You can access all of the Clothes in any mission that allows you to use the
wardrobe item. However, some of the horses can not be selected in the
earlier missions. This is by game design. You can access them in later
missions or in Free Game Mode.
Go to the wooden wardrobe in the stables to change clothes.
