10 Days Off (formerly Ten Days Of Techno) is a ten day non-stop
indoor festival (starting at 10 pm until 7 am) featuring prominent
djÆs and musicians of modern dance-music. In 1995, Ten days Off was
successfully incorporated in the Gentse Feesten , GhentÆs
town-festival that dominates the entire city during the second half
of July and draws hundreds of thousands of people. 10 Days Off's
major assets: a strong and balanced programme, affordable prices, a
firm organisation and an excellent rapport with the city council,
police, the surrounding neighbourhood and all parties involved.
10 Days Off started out as a pure house/techno festival. Recent
editions saw the festival broadening its horizons by including
other genres (drum n bass, electro, funk, disco,...). 10 Days Off
is considered the most important Belgian 'dance' festival (first
edition '95). It is the only Belgian initiative that can compare to
the big electronic multiple-day events in other countries (Sonar in
Spain, Tribal Gathering in the UK and Dance Valley/New Frontier in
the Netherlands)

I can only say that, after seeing him live, the guy is a bit nutty.
Running from one keyboard to another, breaking stuff, recording
sounds & a sample is integrated in his song withing a minute.
Truelly a pleasure for the eye to see him perform. And the girl,
she radiates pure power with those vocals of her.
Magic and for me the best I've seen on ten days off.
