Amato sales notes:
All releases on this label since its inception in February 2000 have
seen major DJ support from Sasha (Twister's 'Mauna Kea'), Max Graham
(Savannah's 'Spirit'), Parks & Wilson (Twister 2's 'Twisted'), Nick
Warren ('Interstella' - included on his GU compilation), Seb Fontaine
(Ascender's 'Altitudes'), Sander Kleinenberg (Spacetribe's 'Warped'),
and Hernan Cattaneo (Coda - Take Me Away).
This, the first Medway/Pete Gawtry collaboration has already gained
strong support from DJ's and Press. The 'Geno Sequence' is a deep tech-
trance number that has been given the remix treatment by the highly
prolific Tony Thomas (aka one half of the Producers). Medway is a
favourite of Sasha, Digweed and Nick Warren amongst others. His 'My
Release' track, which is featured on Digweed's recent Global Underground
album can be considered an underground dance anthem. He has only
previously signed tracks to Hooj Choons and therefore we consider
ourselves priviliged to be releasing a Medway track on Decipher. Pete
Gawtry has previously released tracks on various other UK labels. This
is his first collaboration with Medway.
Tony Thomas has just released an album on Circulation's Creative label
to high critical acclaim. He has also just produced a stunning remix of
Slam's new 'Alien Radio' single (currently being promo'd) and has also
been signed by Soma to produce and artist album. His previous single on
Soma, 'Beginnings' out last month, was heavily supported by Danny
Rampling, and Seb Fontaine. A producer to watch.
