Unlocks:
All 21 Rangers
All 32 Attack Moves
All 15 Levels
All 24 Pictures in the Trophy Room
All 12 Music Tracks in the Trophy Room
Grants you maximum stats for each of the 21 Rangers
NOTE:
If you had played this game without an unlocker and completed all 15
Levels, then you would probably have earned maximum stats on all the
Rangers. So, we give you max stats (health, attack power, super).

■ Installation ■
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Always make a backup copy of your game file(s) first:
"Application Data\PowerRangers\gamedata"
a) Windows 9x kernel (98/ME):
"Application Data" is usually in "C:\WINDOWS\"
b) Windows NT kernel (NT/2K/XP):
"Application Data" is usually in "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\"
2. UnRAR the archive to your "Application Data" directory,
overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
If you have trouble, make your own profile in the game. Then, search your
drives for the following to find the correct location for extraction:
gamedata
3. At the Main Menu, select:
Load Game -> Slot 1 (0%)
Check out the content in the Trophy Room or choose Level Select to play.
You have to choose a level first, and then you can choose one of the
unlocked Rangers. Note that only 10 levels are full-control levels. The
ones that don't show any stats are key-matching games, similar to Dance
Dance Revolution.
To see the moves list:
Start a full-control level. Hit Escape to bring up the game menu and choose
"Move List". Even though all 32 moves show up on the list of a brand
new unplayed profile, you can't actually do most of them. They need to be
unlocked first, which is what the 2nd level stat (the Collectibles) is for.
Try holding LEFT or RIGHT and hit 'H' three times. Do that on a brand new
profile and you will "punch punch air-kick". Do it with our unlocker, and
you will "punch punch knockback-combo", as seen in the Moves List menu.
And yes we left it showing "0% progress" on purpose. And yes for each
level, we left all 4 Goals uncompleted with a "D Rank" (failed) instead
of an "A Rank" (the best). This allows you to earn your own statistics.
Everything is still fully unlocked and totally enjoyable.
