This program is designed for fun. It randomly displays 10 colors. At the
end of an adjustable time period, one of the colors remains on the
screen.
This would also be another good addition to a non-profit organization
which holds a Casino Night. At the end of the flashing display,
adjustable odds appear on the screen.
