██▌▄▀█ About the Eve label: ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ The EVE Records group was originally set up in May ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ 1995 as a standalone label, with the sole purpose to ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ showcase the many talents of partner, and now A & R ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ guru, Pablo Gargano. Four years on, and what was a ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ tiny label has developed into 5 separate imprints: ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ EVE Records, Telica Communications, Metropolitan ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Music, EVE Nova and FIRST. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Pablo Gargano and Steven Lo Presti, two Italian ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ immigrants from Milan and Rome respectively, arrived ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ in England in 1992 with over ten years experience in ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ the music business between them. Determined to make ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ people aware of Pablo's amazing talent, they decided ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ to set up a "showcase" label. EVE Records was born. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Sporting only a number on the label as sole source ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ of information, EVE broke new ground in dance music ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ by exploiting the "collector" factor to the maximum. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Still, it was also a way to hide the fact that EVE ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Records' only artist was Pablo Gargano. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ As sales and licensing picked up, Pablo and Steven ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ realised that the showcase label they had planned ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ had turned a new life. With over 70 releases under ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ their belts, and over 130.000 records sold, Steven ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ and Pablo have allready achieved many objectives ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ they set out to reach in their musical and business ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ careers: Pablo has DJed all over the world including ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ the United States, Canada, Norway, Malta, Sweden, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Holland, Italy and obviously the UK. He has guested ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ on Danny Rampling's Euromix show on Radio 1, he has ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ been featured on the front cover of Dream Creation's ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ magazine and his productions have been featured on ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ over 45 compilations, including 4 consecutive ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ "Reactivates", and over 30 singles for the company. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Meanwhile Steven has run the EVE group of labels, ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ setting up licensing deals, coordinating production ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ and promotion activities and finalising artist ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ signings. ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ But still, fame and notoriety are not what drive ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Steven and Pablo to continue in the EVE Records ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ Group quest, but a love of all things musical, a ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ firm belief that talent should be discovered and ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ shared and the excitement that comes with every new ░██▌▄▀
██▌▄▀█ release. ░██▌▄▀
