King Jammy meets Dry & Heavy in the Jaws of the Tiger
Produced by Dry & Heavy
Mixed by Lloyd "King Jammy" James at King Jammy's Studio,
Kingston, Jamaica.
Assisted by Gary "Mista Belly" Samuels.
From http://www.pressure.co.uk ;
Green Tea will have the Dry and Heavy album out on the 16th
of October. Prince Jammy has taken 12 tracks and -mixed them
at his studio in Waterhouse Jamaica. He said of the band:
'I find the group to be very impressive! For them to be born
in Japan and of a different culture, being able to play
reggae music so well I must say I rate them very much. It
was a pleasure for me to mix all the cuts on the album,
because there is a variation in all the different tracks and
when someone is doing an album it gives more boost to add a
difference to the project. I hope the group will keep up the
good work and I am looking forward to work with them in the
future.'
The band will hopefully back touring in Europe in the first
week of December. They have been asked to perform at the the
Transmusical festival in Renne France. There summer tour of
Europe was very well received with a particurlaly good
response to their UK Womad show.
The album is titled 'Dry and Heavy Meet King Jammy in the
Jaws of the Tiger'.
