The dance-rock quartet Kiss Me Emily features
Nicola Rosetti (vocals), Nicola Orr∙ (guitar),
Nicola Massari (bass), and Carlo Vallicelli
(drums) and were formed in 2004 in Forl∞,
Emilia-Romagna.
Equally inspired by Modest Mouse, Bloc Party and
Depeche Mode, KME mix punchy hooks and melodies in
pop structures notable for their inventiveness.
Early gigs and their self-titled EP attracted
attention in the Italian music scene and in Spring
2006 they started working with producer Daniele
Landi and his FOREARS label on their debut LP.
On June 2008 their first single æI Ain't LookingÆ
was released to much acclaim and augurs well for
this monthÆs release of their debut album æAll In
OneÆ.
