This is one of the sickest albums I've heard in a very long time. It sucks that
more people won't get to hear this. With the exception of track 4, this albums
fucking slays so hard. I dare you not to like this album. DOUBLE DARE YOU.
An eight-piece jazz/noise rock band from Japan that likes XÆs, !Æs, and a whole
lotta summer. Recipe for disaster? YouÆd think so, but no. One listen through
Never Wear Out Your Summer, a six track, 45 minute live recording, and youÆll be
begging for more. From the breakneck, frantic drumming that consumes
æNewsummerboyÆ to the epic, improvisational jazzy wonders of æPills to Kill Ma
AugustÆ to the ridiculously infectious, anthemic rockings of æNatsu No MujinaÆ,
it is clear that Natsumen have got the heat, fun and insanity of summer down to
a tee. Powerful but entertaining, schizophrenic but cohesive, capricious but
