Release Notes:

The Buttless Chaps just recently celebrated their
tenth anniversary as a band with a concert recorded
and broadcast nationally in Canada on CBC Concerts
on Demand. On October 14th Mint Records will
release their sixth studio offering titled
Cartography. Recorded at the Hive Studios by Jesse
Gander, Cartography combines many elements of the
Buttless Chaps ever changing sound. Acoustic rural
and cold war electronic influences blend together
in carefully orchestrated songs brought together
with imagery that encapsulates the isolation of the
modern world, and the quest to find a little patch
of green for oneself.
