After making a statement with his gualia ep, Johnny D continues his story of
feel for groove and ecstatic party with his Orbitalife EP, giving us another
proof of his extraordinary talent. Absolutely funky and without any compromises,
that's Orbitalife. Despite it's length, it never looses it's suspense. Or is the
length that makes it so exiting? An earthquake that shakes every dancers body to
the core. Intelligently set breaks and a percussion groove here and there takes
the crowd up to heaven, just to let them fall back on their feet for the next
second. Pure Explosion! Riddim Mood tells another percussive story. The longer
you hear it, it creeps deeper and deeper into your mind and a gentle chord
slowly lifts you up from the ground. reflecting the theme of the EP, Tramodysee,
an impulsive and hypnotic track, continues our journey into an ecstatic night
towards the late morning hours.
The Ray Okpara Okparadise Remix of Tramodyssee is an exclusive mix for Beatport,
enjoy!
