░ Animal Kingdom is the long awaited debut album by Melbourne band ░
░ Baseball. The album was recorded on 2 inch tape at Head Gap Studios ░
░ (My Disco, Magic Dirt, The Slits, etc) in Melbourne, and has been ░
░ mastered by John Golden (Sonic Youth, Chris Isaak, etc) in ░
░ California. * Formed in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2002 - Baseball is ░
░ the project of Thick Passage (Ninetynine, ex-Sandro) who fronts the ░
░ band on vocals and rhythm violin, joined by Monika Fikerle (Love of ░
░ Diagrams) on bass. The duo then acquired the services of Evelyn ░
░ Morris (Pikelet) on drums and vocals, and Ben Butcher (The ░
░ Assassination Collective) to play guitar. * Baseball have toured 18 ░
░ countries in the last 2 years, which has seen them share the stage ░
░ with the likes of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (US), Vincent Gallo ░
░ (US), Auf Der Maur (Canada) and Boom Boom Satellites (Japan) at the ░
