    At it's height, George Clinton's P-Funk empire had a number 
    of acts signed to different labels. During the late '70s and
    '80s a number of these artists were recording for both      
    Columbia and Epic Records. Each act was distinguisable from 
    the other but they all continued to have one thing in common
    - the awesome power of the P-funk. Six Degrees documents    
    these varied yet comparable acts that showcase the amazing  
    and prolific work of George Clinton and his Funk Family
