█ Adrienne Townes is a woman that once you have █
█ met, you will never forget. She grew up in █
█ Baltimore, Maryland. She was a theater brat and █
█ the daughter of a locally renowned actress, █
█ singer and television star, Joan Coursey. She █
█ naturally inherited her mother's good looks, █
█ stage presence and articulation but her singing █
█ voice is totally her own. The Arena Players, the █
█ oldest black theater in the United States is █
█ where she started singing and acting in plays and █
█ musicals. She also grew up performing in the █
           █ church. █

█ Adrienne continued acting and singing throughout █
█ her teen years and into adulthood. In college, █
█ she minored in voice. She used her motivating █
█ spirit to form a band to showcase her voice and █
█ walk away with the title of the first Black Miss █
█ Frostburg State University. Since that time she █
█ has done numerous national commercials including █
█ an NBA commercial. She has also been in several █
█ movies such as Barry's Gift and Sleepy Hollow █
█ High. Adrienne has been the spokesperson for █
█ Antwerpen Nissan in the Baltimore area. Adrienne █
█ has already released a Christmas CD called, "To █

█ is in the process of completing an R & B CD that █
█ showcases her lyrical writing abilities as she █
█ sings her own songs called, "So Natural" that █
