Two of the best tracks from his recent 'Love To Make Music To' album for Ninja
Tune are handed over to a selection of remixers to get busy with. The album's
finest moment 'Touchtone' featuring tasty vocal contributions from Taz and
Paperboy is included in it's original form, backed with a rude sample collage
version from Kypski, the six times Dutch national turntable champion and member
of the WaxWankerz, and a buttered midnight soul version from Jimmy Edgar,
slipping into something more comfortable with a slow and low vibes joint. The
Deathset provide an alternative mix of 'Fair Weathered Friends' to their
raucous version on the 7" with an indie disco primed mover, but the finest
moment is saved for Thavius Beck's epic tension building version of
'Touchtone'. Probably one of the best things we've heard on NinjaTune for a
while. Ace.
