By all counts, a very difficult record to review, because it
doesn't really fit with the usual oRe ethos. But, as the name
implies, is an ambient compilation, 2CD's, over 2 hours of music.
Put simply, it is the album you need for when you slip carefully
into bed, in case your body falls apart post mosh, the album
that brings you back down to earth and ready to sleep. It is an
album which plays quieter than the usual deafening kind of
level, and unintrusively sets the mood when you have fellow
metal fans round to drink and talk. Taken as that, it is superb,
but if you just want straight, ordinary, heavy metal, you will
be sorely disappointed.
