Helen Love release their brand new single 'Calm Down Dad'
through Elefant Records. The single is a bouncy sing-a-long,
detailing the struggles a girl must go through to make it in
today's world. The Lyrics are sarcastic, funny and, as ever,
very true to life. The single is backed up with b-sides 'John
Peel Roadshow', which describes plucking up the courage to
give the DJ a demo tape (Helen Love and the honour of
recording a session for Peel in 1997 and had songs in the
festive 50 three years running), and Candylips which is about
a boy with the most kissable candy lips in town, Hell Love
will be releasing their new album 'Stick It' later on in 2009.
