The Chicago-based jazz duo of Typhanie Monique on vocals and Neal Alger on
guitar have released their third project ôYuletide Grooveö, a shimmering
collection of holiday songs complete with special guest musicians. Though the
tune choices might be familiar to many, some of the arrangements might not be.
Underneath all of the guestsÆ contributions lies the R&B-tinged yet still firmly
jazz-based work of Alger and Monique; in ôYuletide Grooveö their performances
