     Years of Refusal is the forthcoming ninth solo album by
     Morrissey. Distributed by Decca in the UK and Lost Highway in
     the US, it is set for release on 16 February 2009 and 17
     February 2009 respectively. Morrissey has described his newest
     album as his strongest.
