Endemic is a hip hop producer from Nottingham UK. He
was born in 1979 in South London where he grew up
until his early teens. As a producer, he works with US
underground hip hop legends and with up and coming UK
and European artists, producing high quality tracks.
Early to mid nineties sound from New York, and more
specifically the wu tang & boot camp clik groups, have
strongly influenced EndemicÆs style.
Endemic has earned production features on indie LPs
from both sides of the Atlantic, and he is also a
member of Brooklyn DJ J RoninÆs All elements
production team. His talents have been developed over
4 years and include û production of hip hop music, ANR
skills û finding new talent. He has recently set up
his own record label in the UK û æNo Cure RecordsÆ.
His entrepreneurial skills have resulted in
collaborations with established US artists with whom
he has excellent working relationships.
Forthcoming is an album from Endemic û ôTerminal
Illnessö which is signed and distributed by EMI
records for the North American territory, and
distributed by Cargo Records for the European
territory. This project is co û executively produced
by Dj Phantom [tragedy kadafi, killa sha, large pro,
method man & streetlife etc] who has signed the LP for
the North American release. The LP features the likes
of Sean Price, Planet Asia, Hell Razah, Killah Priest
& Bronze Nazerath to name but a few from the U.S., and
artists like C Mone, M9, & Triple Darkness from the
U.K. Dj Phantom is putting together a mini tour in the
USA leading up to the release; there will be shows in
LA & NYC featuring many of the artists on the LP.
There will also be a UK launch party in London.
