To many soul fans, the name of Sandra Feva (or Sandra Dance, as she is now) may
be better known from the backing credits of Aretha Franklin albums and concert
programmes, as she recorded and toured extensively with the queen of soul during
two decades from the 1980s.
Before that, however, this cultured songstress had scored her own major r&b hit
with ætell æem i heard itÆ, produced by Tony Camillo (renowned writer of
æmidnight train to GeorgiaÆ) on his venture label, and her ôsavoir faireö album
from 1981 has been an acclaimed æmust haveÆ item for modern soul collectors ever
since.

With the added attraction of four bonus tracks shout! Records is proud to
re-present this fine album, (say our re- title in french and you get the idea),
and to bring the name of Sandra Feva to a wider audience.
