The excellent Pink Bomb enlist services of Tracey Cattell for this single
which graced many trance and progressive house compilations, including the
Renaissance Presents Volume One. The original and vocal version are both
wonderful melodic pieces with a hypnotic feel. The Concrete Mix is a more
driving, busier and tougher version for peak time club play. As a bonus,
the CD includes two tracks that were not on the vinyl - Purple Kush (a
dubby slightly bleepy houser) and an edgier electronic piece called
Amsterdam At Night. By the way, my knowledge of British indie pop doesn't
stretch that far, but I believe Tracey Cattell was the vocalist of cult
band The Primitives...
