Hot on the heels of his debut for Resopal, the newcomer UES aka "Under Electric
Shock" present three new hot trax. "Jeimayai": starting off with a steady
shuffled beat and crisp percussion combined with warped vocal snippets, this one
does not wait for anyone! Next up is "Muendeke": almost tripping over itself
with the booming sub bass, wet blops and suggestive melodic elements, this one
should do the trick if you're into more minimal sounds. Continued funk with "Up
Up" shoots off this parade of sing along hits with its haunting rhythm and
damaged, yet addictive, rubber-like melody, complete with a low-pitched vocal
sample... mental that is. For the sick floors that just can't get enough! For
the fan's of Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice among others.
On BSiDE release, 01-ues-jeimayai_(original_mix)-bside.mp3 is not complete! Real
time is 6:46. Enjoy this proper.
