▐▒▌ Although producer Phil Pratt is not someone whose name is ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ amongst the best known of Jamaican producers he is someone ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ who always worked with the cream of Jamaica's recording. On ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ "Phil Pratt Thing" we have gathered together a selection of ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ his finest productions. ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ Ken Boothe has 2 standout tracks "I'm Not For Sale" and ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ "Ain't No Love". Big Youth has 3 chants including the ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ brilliant "Love Jah Jah Children" which has never been ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ re-released since the 70s. ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ The Heptones have probably the greatest version of "Party ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ Time", Dennis Brown has a storming cut of "Let Love In". ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ Phil Pratt has never been interviewed before and it was only ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ through the coaxing of his old friend Adrian Sherwood that ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ we managed to elicit an interview with Phil and completed ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ the superb sleevenotes. So it's not only the music that is ▐▒▌
▐▒▌ rare!!! ▐▒▌
