 "Namgar" is a collective formed in 2001 by musicians from Moscow and Ulan-Ude 
 city, mainly by Namgar Lhasaranova(vocal) and Eugene Zolotarev(chanza -       
 three-stringed lute). Namgar Lhasaranova has been taking part in the          
 international events since 1980-s with the traditional Buryat songs.          
     Since 2001 "Namgar" collective took part in such festivals as Riddu Riddu 
 (Norway), Rainforest world music festival (Malaysia), Alianait Art Festival   
 (Canada). Also they took part in producing of soundtracks to the several      
  Russian films.                                                               
     Within the first years of existence their creativity was revival: were    
 used both acoustic and traditional tools. In 2007-2008 their musical          
 experience brought a fresh sight to the understanding of traditional Buryat   
  and Mongol songs.                                                            
     "Nomad" is their second album,which includes a number of experiments on   
 merge of the Buryat songs and modern musical tendencies.
