Despite the structural reinforcements that incredibly free and wild Pocahaunted style remains in
tact, with beautiful, dissolved vocals sprawling wordlessly across both sides. The dominant tone of
drifting, lo-fi, post-gaze esoterica feels like it can go anywhere anytime, but there are also
moments of clarity here that reveal tightly ordered dub-flavoured passages, filled with warm bass
stabs and regulated percussion.
