- Release Notes ------------------------------------------------------------- -

In late January 2008, after three years of quietly writing and recording on
his own, Shannon gathered a group of songs and entered Wild Sound Studio in
Minneapolis to record his self-titled debut release. The album was tracked
and mixed over a stretch of six months by Shannon and Matthew Zimmerman. The
opening song, "Mister Miracle Mile" is an infectious, gypsy-tinged tale of
greed-gone-wild, complete with fiery horns, while "Can't Erase Love" is a
soulful and poetic ode to that indomitable force within.
