"C'est la Crise!" A song about the international crisis.
The international financial crisis is a topic most people
are afraid of or try to ignore. Daniel has bravely decided
to address the topic, and has written a song about it. By
putting such a difficult subject matter into lyrics and
tunes, the crisis becomes more accessible, a topic that
shouldnÆt be ignored, but that should be openly discussed.
The first CD, designed by his father AndrΘ Depienne, was
auctioned on the 1st of April 2009 at LÆEpinart in
Strassen (Luxembourg), and 772 euro will go to the
ôFondation Thierry van Werveke,ö to help those who are the
most in need during these difficult times. A part of the
financial benefits of the CD will go to other relief
organisations.
