In the last few years, Fred Everything has exploded onto the Deep
House world, unleashing loads of 12"'s and remixes, as well as a
critically acclaimed album on the seminal 20:20 Vision Label. At
least years WMC, Fred showed everyone how things should be done
behind the decks, as he THREW DOWN at the Panhandle/Seasons
Recordings party. To put it short, the man knows what's up. His
musical releases have so much range that it's hard to place him
in any one category. Once you hear a Fred Everything track, you
know it's his. Unique, Funky, Soulful, and Quirky, his releases
always ride the cutting edge of house music
Fred's career has quite literally gone into orbit since he was
cited as having played the best set of 1997's In The City
festival in Glasgow. Now a regular and in demand guest at many of
Britain and Europe's finest underground clubs, Fred is also
making waves with his unique production style that has seen him
realise releases on DIY, Vinyl Peace, Tronicsole, Fairpark and of
course 2020.
After spending three months using London as his base for a
European tour in the latter half of 1999, Fred's profile is
secure and he is without doubt one of the hottest talents around
as we enter the next Millenium. As a Dj, Fred has received
favourable comparisons to the impact made by a certain Derrick
Carter when he entered the UK many years ago.
Dynamic, energetic and precise, Fred's mixing style incorporates
influences like disco, funk, soul and pure house music. A party
dj in every sense, Fred's enthusiasm for the music he plays
always rubs off on the assembled crowds he plays to, and his
recent appearances at Basics, SubClub, Tribal Funktion, Moog and
Bugged Out will live long in the memory's of many people.
