The best track here is the original Spike. From start to finish it
sounds fast and deep. To emphasize again: this track sounds deep.
The layers of sound come and go, sometimes obvious, but the
majority comes in sneaky. Hidden sounds are all over, though it
costs some effort to discover them. By closing the eyes, the
setting could easily be a wargame or an adventure somewhere under
the surface.
The remix of Wagon Christ is more refreshing, due to some nice
samples and slower approach. The Sleeper track is quality ambient,
including nice, almost old-skoolish breakbeats.
