█ Stoner rock four-piece Mother Mars have spent the last few years pumping █
█ out their big loud energetic live sound all over Sydney. After releasing █
█ their EP 'Take The Ride' in 2007 the band is now ready to launch their █
█ album 'Primitives'. While most of the songs on Primitives showcase the █
█ uncompromising and driving sound Mother Mars have become known for, some █
█ of the songs see the band just as easily venture off into an ethereal █
█ soundscape of crazy noise experimentation. There's plenty of heavy █
█ stoner grooves, fuzzed-out guitars and psychedelic jams. The loud █
█ launching of Primitives will take place at the Sandringham in Newtown on █
█ Saturday May 2nd. █
