░▒ Damn the Lie is the title of the eagerly expected second album by German  ▒░
░▒ newcomer (but already megasellers...) Absurd Minds. Their music is        ▒░
░▒ inspired by the electroscene of the early nineties. Agressive vocal       ▒░
░▒ performances are compensated by harmonic melodies. The lyrics deal with   ▒░
░▒ fictive persons who reflect their environment as well as interior         ▒░
░▒ processes. The thoughts of the particular lyrical ego are projections of  ▒░
░▒ the band┤s thoughts, that offer enough space for individual               ▒░
░▒ interpretations. Lyrics and music share a general positive character. The ▒░
░▒ emphasis is on a homogeneous and consistent composition, not on excessive ▒░
░▒ sound-designs. By many compared with PROJECT PITCHFORK during their best  ▒░
░▒ period, Absurd Minds achieved an immediate sales success with both, their ▒░
░▒ debut album Deception and the (deleted) limited cd-single Come Alive .    ▒░
