▐▌ ░ repair maintenance on any type of object. It is flexible ░ ▐▌
░ █ ░ enough to track anything from building maintenance to ░ █ ░
░ █ ░ grounds maintenance and just about anything else you can ░ █ ░
░ ▓ ░ imagine hence the term "MyWorld Maintenance". ░ ▓ ░

░ ░ MyWorld Maintenance lets you keep track of an unlimited ░ ░
░ number of objects that can be organized into categories. ░
░ The main screen provides easy navigation and organization ░
░ of your objects. You can track detailed information ░
░ specific to an object using the numerous user-defined ░
░ fields provided for each object. ░
░ ░
░ MyWorld Maintenance keeps track of your preventive ░
░ maintenance (PM) tasks for each object and informs you ░
░ when maintenance is due automatically based on the PM task ░
░ definitions you provide. Each PM task can be configured ░
░ differently to be tracked by date or by "Units" which is a ░
░ generic term that can be defined to be miles, kilometers, ░
░ hours, copies, revolutions, or anything you can imagine. ░
░ Configuration is simple allowing you to define repeat ░
░ interval or fixed expiration settings for each PM task. ░
░ There is even an advanced notification parameter that can ░
░ be defined for each PM task to notify you X number of days ░
░ (or units) prior to the PM task being due. ░
░ ░
░ Notification of maintenance due is a completely automated ░
░ process which uses color coded indicators on the main ░
░ screen. Objects that are due for service are shaded a red ░
░ color and objects which are soon due for service are ░
░ shaded a yellow color. You can instantly see which objects ░
░ require attention and which do not. Viewing PM tasks due ░
░ for an object is as simple as clicking on the object and ░
░ then clicking the "Maintenance Due" button. Or, you can ░
░ use the "PM Check Wizard" to automatically generate work ░
░ orders for all objects detailing the maintenance due, or ░
░ use the wizard to simply generate a report containing all ░
░ objects due for service and their required maintenance. ░

░ If desired, work orders can be generated on the fly by ░
░ selecting an object due for service and clicking "Issue ░
░ WO". If desired, the work order can automatically be ░
░ populated with the maintenance services due, or you can ░
░ manually populate the work order. For each work order, ░
░ MyWorld Maintenance keeps track of the date, units (ie: ░
░ mi, km, hrs, ..etc), PM details, repair details, parts ░
░ used, labor details, and costs just to name a few. ░

░ With each work order that is saved, a preventive and ░
░ repair maintenance history is automatically generated ░
░ detailing all of the maintenance performed on the object ░
░ and costs. The maintenance history is used to generate ░
░ detailed cost analysis reports and can be used to monitor ░
░ trends in neglect, abuse, or simply aging equipment. ░

░ A parts inventory system is also included which will keep ░
░ track of your inventory levels, costs, and associations. ░
░ With the associations feature, you can associate parts to ░
░ any object and/or maintenance service and save data entry ░
░ time. When the associations are made, parts required to ░
░ perform maintenance services will be automatically ░
░ displayed on the maintenance due reports and can be ░
░ automatically populated in the work orders. This minimizes ░
░ the need to select parts used for a work order. Another ░
░ feature provided with the parts system is a built-in ░
░ purchase order system which can be used to re-order parts ░
░ from your vendors. ░
