Not quite as mad or experimental as the title might suggest, but 7 damn
fine slices of funk nonetheless. Production is on the sample loop tip
throughout, but the subtlety and variety are there. Stand-out tracks
are the guru-sampling, neck-muscle-aching "realism" (top arrangement,
crisp beats and phat b-line) and the superb "believe in your stealth",
rippling, blissed synths and horns as used by chill Rob G (amongst
others). One for the b-boy & fly-girl funk meisters - a must check.
