The Answer are one of those bands that transcend an era. A band who,
regardless of the trends, decided long ago upon their musical path and
aren't about to wear skinny jeans or throw glow sticks in the air to
shift more units. The Answer in short are a rock band styled 20 years
before they released their music.
Their new single 'Tonight' is a riotous affair packed with AC-DC
vocals, wild guitar solos and your classic romantic rock lyrics. The
result is just under 4 minutes of thoroughly enjoyable and yet not
remotely cringe worthy music.
This track has a well produced chorus and is instantly memorable √ you
can imagine this blasting out of a festival stage at sunset. This is a
belting single and a bold statement of intent whether you think its
corny or not. So hats off to a band that aren't afraid to say bollocks
to the current music scene, I just want to make 80s rock music and grow
my hair long!
