Release Notes:
--------
Valley Lodge is the rock machine comprised of singer/guitar player, and
world-class entertainer Dave Hill (Sons of Elvis, Uptown Sinclair, Cobra Verde);
guitar player/singer John Kimbrough (Walt Mink), bass player/singer Phil
Costello (Tragedy, Satanicide, Stynx, Children of the Unicorn), and drummer Rob
Pfeiffer (Sense Field). They are big in Japan and IÆm not even kidding.
ôSemester at Seaö is the long-awaited (at least by them anyway) follow-up to
their 2005 self-titled debut. It sounds like Cheap Trick, T. Rex, Big Star,
Raspberries, Matthew Sweet, Slade, the Kinks, and probably a bunch of other
stuff too. ItÆs power pop meets pop rock meets your best friendÆs parents going
out of town when you are sixteen and think that they wonÆt notice if you threw a
pool party. Oh, and itÆs 1978 and you are hooked on glue.
