█ A stylish score with a good mix of orchestra and █
█ electronics. Mark Isham delivers his "usual" █
█ combination of beautiful atmosphere and harmonical █
█ mood with a few passages of pulsating and █
█ interesting percussion rhythms. The music's █
█ strengthened by excellent and outstanding soloists █
█ featuring Wayne Shorter on saxophone, Isham █
█ himself on trumpet and flugelhorn and Lisa Frazier █
█ as vocalist. A piano is also used frequently. The █
█ music's elegance and modesty reminds me a little █
█ of Shore's Nobody's Fool. Even though this score █
█ has a lot of soloists the mood and colours are █
█ partly used in Isham's Last Dance, which he wrote █
█ a year later. █
