░  The restless sonic scientist Jamie Lidell, first graced The Falls     ░
░  stages in 2006. He was so insanely captivating and uplifting with     ░
░  his flipping amazing voice and promiscuously diverse fusions of       ░
░  gospel grooves, sweetly sung and fiercely passionate soul,            ░
░  delicately moving ballads, thumping early R&B, synthed-up disco,      ░
░  (phew!) that we couldn't wait to ask him back again.                  ░
░  Jamie is a little bit of all the greats; and according to the         ░
░  reviews, is at various times, Little Richard, Jimi, Otis, Sly,        ░
░  Prince, Marvin, Stevie or some mashed-up combo of them all!           ░
░  Meanwhile his live show has become an infamously exhilarating         ░
░  experience, with Jamie performing on the edges of control and chaos,  ░
░  turning music inside out.                                             ░
