The River Phoenix release '5 Wheel Drive', the second single from their
debut album 'Ritual', through Nettwerk.
Hailing from Bornholm, a tiny island nestled on the baltic sea between
Denmark and Sweden, a mixture of geographical isolation and a shared
love of mid-90s rock acts like Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, Nirvana and
Dinosaur Jr led the band to discovering their own atmospheric and
bombastic sound, lovingly produced in Stockholm by the Hives producer
Pella Gunnerfeldt.
