| German menÆs fashion label Wormland with modern electronic music. |
| äThe Sweetest Taboo Vol. 1ô now steps forward as the first |
| release on sublabel Wormland White. Corresponding with the |
| glamorously stylish performance of the fashion brand, compilation |
| series äThe Sweetest Tabooô has an irresistible sexy touch, |
| designed by German producer DJ Red Buddha. |

| Inspired by artists such as Talvin Singh and Nitin Sawney, Red |
| Buddha so far has gained considerable reputation with ethno |
| crossover albums like äSiddharta in Spaceô or äChina Exoticô, |
| where he managed to blend traditional instruments with electronic |
| sounds. After long journeys around the world, he finds perfect |
| relaxation on the music blessed island of Ibiza. This balearic |
| mood is mirrored on his first selection for Wormland White. |
| Animating and easy-going, he strings together 13 stimulating |
| tracks, with excursions into latin vibes, chill house grooves, |
| bossa sounds, reggae flavours and relaxed trip hop beats. Titles |
| such as äSunbatherô or äBeautiful Dayô soon clarify that facing |
| this diversity one aspect is key: listen, and you will feel the |
| sunshine, feel good and ready to flirt. |

| As perfect appetizer, MocaÆs äLateinô serves the first hit. Its |
| languorous latin grooves, casual chords of a jazz guitar and |
| playful electronic sounds make it feel like slowly sipping some |
| Rum-flavoured South American coffee. Stimulated as you are, you |
| will be carried away on the airy cloud of JazzamorÆs äBeautiful |
| Daysô before you are cushioned again on the cosy sounds of Alien |
| CafΘ. Their äChloΘ Saysô merge the smoothly rapped story of a |
| Canadian stripper with tender piano, string and flute sounds. |
| Sleek and supple, PrafulÆs äOne Day Deepô follows suit. Head |
| nodding beats and a bewitching groove will cuddle in your soul. |
| Inbetween all these listening pearls, some beautiful cover |
| versions demand special attention. First comes flute player and |
| sound wizard Lenny Mac Dowell with his dreamy interpretation of |
| äAinÆt No Sunshineô. Then, Dubdiver clothe reggae original |
| äShineô in some fascinating downbeat padded with Asian |
| Underground sounds. Last but not least, renowned German jazz |
| pianist, programmer and producer Christoph Spendel calls forth |
| Lisa Shaw to turn äSunnyô into an appealing jazz ballad with |
| cocktail groove. |
| Among the further highlights is Hungary-based Pluto ProjectÆs |
| äWorldwideô, equipped with heavy slow-motion beats, trip hop |
