The Short Bus Kids are DK Watts and Lance Leber. We are a production
duo based out of San Francisco, California and Amsterdam, The
Netherlands. DK Watts lives in Amsterdam now and Lance still soaks up
the California sun. When we arenÆt busy doing our ôdayö jobs, we find
time to produce and release tracks on our labels: Bounce House
Recordings, and SBK (Promo Label).
Both of us are also music junkies! We mostly DJ solo, but the sort of
music we spin at our shows ranges from deep, funky house, to disco
and funk-influenced breaks. 1 thing we can guarantee in our DJ sets
is that we will keep it funky. When we are able to perform together
we use live samplers, effects and midi to keep our set fresh and
movin'.
Our diverse backgrounds in music definitely spills over into our
production. Expect the tracks that we release to reach across all
styles of dance music.
