Live on Proton Radio (www.protonradio.com):
Christopher is back for his monthly show on Proton
Radio, the San Francisco Sessions.
Christopher Lobsinger
The house music industry has grown beyond proportions in
the last few years, with thousands of new DJs sprouting
up all over the world. It is rare to find an artist
these days that pays a great deal of attention to
programming as well as mixing. Christopher Lobsinger is
one of these DJs.
Christopher has loved music from a very young age. It
was only recently that he has been turned on to the
electronic music movement. Using the Global Underground
CDs as a guide, Christopher started mixing records just
7 months ago. Since then he has played out and many
parties in the Bay Area and is quickly making a name for
himself. Christopher is just 14 years old, which after
hearing his mixes is very hard to believe. Many people
don?t take him seriously because of his age, but this is
one of his best qualities because it has allowed him to
keep a fresh perspective on the basics such as
programming. Christopher's mixes are very definitive and
well thought out. Getting a start at such an early age
will be an advantage for him.
Jonathan Beech
A familiar guest DJ at the Looq Happy Hour parties
Jonathan has been DJing for around 5 years. Jonathan's
signature sound is that of high energy, progressive
house but he is equally at home blending break beats
with tribal along with deep, soulful tech-house.
Originally born in South Wales (UK), Jonathan moved to
California in 1996. Always a huge fan of dance music,
Jonathan began mixing soon after settling in the US and
has continued to hone his talents on the decks and bring
his particular style of music to clubs, bars and parties
throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Jonathan has spun at many parties and venues. These
include the Qool Happy Hour, Qool Saturdays, Spundae,
Mixed Elements, Magic Glasses & Sweet at venues such as
1015 Folsom, Circus (LA), 111 Minna, Club 238, Galaxy
Club, Cloud 9 & Backflip.
"Combining his arsenal of killer techno and progressive
house cuts, smooth mixing skills, and his high energy
equals non stop dancing and pure techno bliss."
